Ordered 2 new straps for my Apple Watch, they arrived and were beautiful!! Unfortunately while adjusting the size of one of them I noticed a weakness and a small part had broken off! I emailed that night and had a reply first thing in morning from Rica , they were super helpful and had my issue resolved and a new strap out for delivery straight away ! Briliant customer service!

I really like their products... very fashionable, great quality, and reasonably priced. The delivery was on time, and everything was packaged well. However, the watch cover wasn't the exact color I thought it would be and didn't match my strap. Customer service (Rica) was quick to reply and gave a solution that was more than fine!
