    The app is good but you can't see the true price (with taxes and all) until you click on the room ad, so you can't compare costs between the different ads.

    I had a great experience with my rental through

    I had a great experience with my rental through Mr B&B and will keep using the site, mostly because of the security of renting from LGBT owners or LGBT Allies. It's really a game changer for me. That said, there were a few annoying problems with the site navigation. The worst was when I tried to write a review, and I got an error saying "Your review contains profanities that cannot be sent. Please edit your message content." which was fine, but there were no profanities. I mentioned, the host's sex positivity and the lovely faux fur lined bedding, but nothing inappropriate. It was just annoying that the words weren't somehow highlighted. Another big issue was finding the property I rented. I first found it (and Mr B&B) through another site, and had the property link from that site, but then I went to explore the Mr B&B site. I could never get back to the listing without going back to the original site. Still, I’m very happy with my rental, the best I’ve had actually, and will keep using Mr B&B.

    I really enjoy the idea of misterb\&b, it’s great to find a gay friendly place or stay in private homes where I feel comfortable with similar people. I like that I can check the reviews to help pick a good spot. The messages have been very clear with useful details and reminders. The only downside is the cost, which might make me think twice before booking again.

    Finding a place to stay was quite a challenge - I had to sift through 4 offers before getting a good response. One person apologized since they were booked, and two others didn't work out. This took a lot of time and wasn't very helpful. But, once I secured a place, it turned out to be very nice.

    After a Covid-related cancellation with MrBnB

    After a Covid-related cancellation with MrBnB, I was promised a credit by the property manager, which was confirmed in writing. However, when I tried to use the credit for a new reservation, I was informed that because I booked through Bookings (which wasn't made clear during the initial reservation process), I lost the entire $1200+ reservation amount. Both companies declined further assistance. It's disappointing. The credit should have been accounted for without additional cost, as the service was already paid for but not provided. It's definitely a scam. I won't be using MrBnB or Bookings again.

    Our experience with Mrbnb left us quite disappointed. We arrived at a location that was far from where we were supposed to be, and when we contacted the designated check-in point, we were informed that our reservation had been transferred to Booking.com without any notice. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction, we received no response. The place we ended up staying in was extremely disappointing, with a different address than what was reserved. We were especially grateful that we had only booked two nights, as on the second night, we encountered water shortages. This made it impossible for us to carry out basic tasks such as flushing toilets, showering, brushing teeth, or even making coffee.

    After a disastrous trip with the most horrible post, the company doesn’t want to do anything even though I followed all the protocols it’s a joke how they treat their guests and their customers make sure everyone hears about their terrible customer service, and how they can get away with so much even though you do what theyinstruct you to do in order to be hurt, and in order to improve the quality of service for travelers truly a joke. This is not the first time it is all about money no customer service at all. It’s a rip off.

    DISHONEST AND INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL

    Used their site to make a booking in Barcelona. Something was definitely wrong from the outset with the host. I contacted the company for support but could see their only interest with in making sure the host was covered and their best interests. Was told it would cost me €100 to cancel the booking. Less than a week before arrival date the host cancelled our booking without explanation or justification. No compensations or support from Misterb&b. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

    Misterb&b is kinda playing secret agent with user info, sharing it with Facebook on the down-low without giving us a heads-up. Sneaky, right? And to add to the drama, I tried reaching out to a host to clear things up, but the website went rogue and placed a request/order without my say-so. Total chaos and misunderstandings galore. Not the smoothest ride with these folks.

    Bad service

    I wouldn’t use mister B and B again. Really bad after care and inability to sort issues out. Very negative experience that I would want to recommend to anyone. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They have so many restrictions the after care team are really unable to get issues sorted. Avoid at all costs.

    Really poor customer service

    Very poor level of service I won’t use this site again. Hosts and accommodation fine but service from the mister bandb customer service is dreadful if anything goes wrong. So avoid using would be my advice.
