So, here's what happened with my experience buying from this company. It all started when I picked up a couple of their "kits" from the store, thinking it was a great deal since the description said they came with videos. Well, that was a big fat lie. There were absolutely no videos, and to top it off, I later found out the patterns are free on their website. So, I basically ended up paying $121 for 8 skeins of yarn. What a rip-off.
When I tried to return the kits, things got even worse. They wouldn't send me a return label and it took me several emails just to get the return address. I included the original invoice and a note in the return package, but now they're claiming I needed to include their specific return slip. Seriously?
Their customer service has been horrendous. Unapologetic, unhelpful, and just plain rude. I can't even leave a review on their website because it keeps saying I need to purchase the listing first. How convenient for them.
I'm really frustrated and feel totally deceived. I saw later that 59% of reviews on Trustpilot are bad, and now I understand why. Their website is so misleading. I've sent back the return, but I have a feeling I'll have to get in touch with Citi Bank to get my money back if they refuse to process the refund. Just a terrible experience all around.
