I had to reach out to customer service twice recently. First, I needed help with a jammed lock barrel and, after sending a few pictures of the issue, I quickly got a new lock at no cost. Next, I tried to order a replacement key for a different lock, but the website wouldn’t process my payment. They still said they would handle the request for me at no cost. Fast and helpful service, though they could work on their site a bit.
