As someone who's been in management for years, I believe that having happy employees makes for great customer service. My experience with Amanda confirmed this. She communicated clearly and anticipated my needs well. Even though I'm a new customer, consistent and skilled representatives like her show that her employer must be doing something right. Employees who know their role well and are dedicated reflect well on the company. It's impressive, especially for such a new company.

This insurance plan is terrible.

This insurance plan is terrible. I really dislike it. It's such a hassle. I live far from my family, and the cost of driving is keeping me stuck at home. Paying $15 just for mileage feels like too much. I haven't had to use it yet, but it makes me wonder how I could afford a weekend trip or a day out. I feel like I can't go anywhere because of the mileage costs. I'll definitely be getting rid of this insurance as soon as possible. Just wanted to let you know.

This company is a total rip-off. They keep charging money every day, even when you're not driving. And when you try to get your money back, they just refuse. My wife has been hit with nearly $900 in less than a month. The charges pile up so quickly that even our bank statements can't keep track. It's just another company trying to take advantage of people.

I called multiple times to find out if a windshield claim would increase my rates, but they never gave me a clear answer. Each time, I spoke to different people, and they all seemed unsure or gave different responses. It felt like I was going in circles without any real information.

I would have given 5 stars because the team and chat software are amazing. I always got help whenever I had an issue. (The price hike and the daily charge raised the cost I was paying) other than that, the app and support were amazing.

This company always responds on time. Not sure how claims will go, hope I never find out. Had trouble with site twice, couldn't open or pages stalled, even dropped website, so 4 stars.
