For the 5th time now bought something, the first 2 were okay, but the 3rd and 4th had really bad Bluetooth connection and just didn’t work right, the connection dropped every time so those were bad buys. Then for the 5th time bought something again without Bluetooth, but the battery was bad, the toy stopped working in about 10 minutes. I contacted honeyplaybox, at first the response was quick and good, I explained the problems I had. I also told them about the 3rd and 4th toy with the bad Bluetooth. They quickly admitted by email they knew about the problem and said they would replace the toy with the bad battery and see what they could do about the Bluetooth ones. I gave all details, what phones we used, answered all their questions. After that, it got quiet and I never heard back. I emailed a few more times but after I gave them the info to fix their products, they just stopped replying. I think it’s a pity because their toys are nice and the emails were fine at first until they needed to fix things, then no answer. It’s sad but that’s how it is. I only give 1 star because out of 5 toys, 2 work okay and 3 are a waste of money. Do not work with him, he will either not pay you, or pay you much less than you agreed on.
