Addressed the issue with the manager, who only apologized without any evident change. Despite the bakery's quality products, the service leaves much to be desired.

My account got hacked thrice. Even after first time, I stayed with them. Third time, $954 was gone. Called customer service, hard to understand. They gave new card, then canceled next day.
