I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered 2 sets, but they arrived a month late, missing the trip I had planned for my kids. When I tried to return the items for a refund, they provided me with a suspicious address in China, even though the company is registered in Hong Kong and the parcel came from the UK. It's clear they're trying to dodge taxes and VAT. Then I sent the items back to the address provided by GENION KIDS, but UPS informed me that the address and recipient were fake. It's evident that GENION KIDS is a scam. I'm reporting this to trading standards to take appropriate action. Avoid this company at all costs!

We're absolutely thrilled with our new desks! My sons express their gratitude daily, and my eldest no longer complains about back discomfort, which is a major win. Even I've used the desk with my laptop, and it functions seamlessly. Its lightweight design is perfect for travel. We haven't encountered any issues with parts coming loose; it's sturdy as long as you securely click the sections in place. Highly recommend!

It's disappointing because for a 7-year-old, it's not big enough for reading or writing, and it becomes shaky. I feel like I didn't get what I expected for the price I paid. Perhaps I should have gone for an adult-sized one. Unfortunately, I threw out the box, so I'm not even sure if I can get a refund.

I got the table for myself, mainly for books in bed. It's good! Can change positions easily, holds books of different weights. Like the tabs. Getting the teens to try it. Top comes off easily if not moved from base or upright. Ordering was simple, arrived fairly fast, no tracking though.

My teenage son with special needs uses the Genion with his school iPad for his work. I like that he now looks straight ahead instead of down at his iPad. This also helps his posture improve.

The whole process was simple and the tracking was up to date. The product is exactly as they show it, really nice and perfect for the purpose. Good value for money.

This company rocks for kids! They use it for all kinds of stuff like reading and iPads. Only thing, a heavier base choice would be great.
