Food is GREAT! I’ve tried a couple other meal services and Fresh n Lean stands out with the best quality food, no question. Most weeks, there’s usually at least one wrong meal and one missing. My latest box showed up 3 days late and was delivered warm. I always find it difficult to contact customer service and haven’t had the latest issue with my box resolved or refunded. When I do manage to get in touch with CS, Jenny E is always helpful. It’s just frustrating how tough they make it to actually reach a real person.

It lacks user-friendly features, such as the ability to skip meals beyond three weeks, and could benefit from the addition of a mobile app. These enhancements would enhance the overall user experience and make the service more convenient for customers.

The customer service, while pleasant and prompt in addressing concerns, requires frequent calls to rectify discrepancies. It becomes a time-consuming endeavor, detracting from the overall convenience promised by the service. On a minor note, the packaging could benefit from a tweak – specifically, a more prominent display of calorie information without the need to flip it around. This adjustment would enhance the overall user experience for those seeking nutritional transparency.

While Fresh N Lean offers tasty meals, my experience was marred by packaging issues. In three consecutive weeks, all boxes arrived damaged, raising concerns about food exposure. The initial box seemed hastily taped by UPS, while subsequent deliveries were torn but unaddressed. Week 3 brought an inedible incorrect item. Despite notifying the company, a week later, no response or resolution has been provided. Dealing with the disposal of gel packs has also proven inconvenient. Overall, shipping, order problems, and inadequate customer service make recommending this company challenging.
