    The cost of the new TIPM from

    The cost of the new TIPM from this company was outstanding, less than half of what the dealer was quoting, not to mention the labor costs. It arrived within the promised 10 days. However, my troubles began upon installation. Initially, there was a check engine light indicating an issue with my cooling fan. After installation, I encountered additional problems – a persistent check engine light, a "No Fuse" code on the dashboard, an illuminated airbag light, and a non-functional radio. Seeking assistance, the company advised me to visit an auto parts store to obtain a code for the "No Fuse" issue. After visiting three auto parts stores without success, I returned home, contemplating the inconvenience of sending the part back and enduring another 10 days without a car. As a last resort, I turned to YouTube and, thankfully, discovered information about the IOD fuse (Internal Off Draw). Surprisingly, none of the paperwork accompanying the computer mentioned this crucial detail. I located the IOD fuse in my computer, found it unplugged, and, upon plugging it in, witnessed the resolution of my issues – the airbag light went off, the "No Fuse" problem vanished, and the radio began working. In sharing my experience with the company, I emphasized the significant inconvenience caused and suggested they include information about the IOD fuse in their instructions to prevent similar issues for other customers. The company dismissed this as a technical issue and, when I requested to speak with someone from the technical department, I was informed that no such conversation was possible. The representative abruptly suggested I write a review and hung up. Having worked in customer service for over 30 years, I can affirm that this is not the treatment a paying customer deserves. For those considering purchasing from this company, if you encounter more problems post-installation, check the location of your IOD fuse to ensure it is plugged in. This simple step could save you days of frustration and get you back on the road much sooner.

    Ordered this gadget and it arrived super quick. Couldn't wait to try it out, but had to charge the battery first. My luck, the weather's been awful, and I haven't been able to get out and charge the car battery. So, it's just sitting there, waiting. Everything looks good so far, but I can't say for sure until I get it up and running. Fingers crossed the computer does its job once I finally get everything charged. Weather needs to clear up soon, really want to see how this thing performs.

    Got my ECM pretty quick, and it was already programmed, which was awesome. Installing it wasn’t too tough, but the pre-installation steps were a bit of a hassle. Definitely not something a kid could handle, but YouTube came to the rescue and helped me check those few things. Now, my Jeep shifts smoothly from P to D, fixing the issue I had.

    Just got my PCM and it arrived pretty quickly, which was nice. But then I followed the checklist and found out the camshaft sensor was faulty. That was a bummer, so I had to send the PCM back.     Got my new computer as promised. Installing it was pretty straightforward, and it powered up right away. But then, when I turned it off, it refused to start again. Had to take it to the dealership. They confirmed I installed it right, but it wasn't connecting with other parts of the car. They mentioned they needed to run some software checks to try and get it to work, but said it could take around two weeks since they were super busy. If that didn't fix it, I would need to exchange it and get the dealership to enter the VIN. Hopefully, I'll have more info soon.

    Ordering the PCM was easy

    Ordering the PCM was easy. I was a bit confused because it didn't ask for the VIN until after the order was placed. I would have been more comfortable putting that info in before submitting payment information. It took about 2 weeks to get the PCM and I just got it so haven't installed it yet.

    Okay, picture this: I thought I'd finally sorted out the whole car issue when I got this new part. At first, it seemed like a winner—no more random dying or that annoying "no bus" message on the odometer. But then, bam!
