Before the appointment
Before the appointment, the patient forms were easy but covered everything. Had to shift my schedule, and the doctors were on the ball, letting me know the reason and sorting out a new time with the same doc. Appointment time rolls in, and bam, a handy text reminder with a link – super convenient. Doc was straight to the point, respectful of my situation, treatment, and time. Post-appointment, got that certificate in my inbox real quick.
