I placed an order on 2/25/2024 with the expectation of receiving express shipping items by 3/5/2024. Unfortunately, my order status remained "processing" when I checked daily. Upon reaching out to Blushmark via email on 2/27, I was informed that two items were out of stock, causing a potential delay. I opted to proceed with shipping the available items but have since received no response, and my order is still stuck in the processing stage. It's frustrating that the entire order is held up due to the availability of just one item, and I had to proactively inquire to receive this information. There should be better transparency and communication about stock availability before purchase. The lack of updates is disappointing, especially considering the impact on my plans, as the items won't arrive in time for my birthday. I've had positive experiences with Blushmark in the past, but this particular situation has left me dissatisfied, and I don't plan to order from them again. Additionally, the non-refundable express shipping fee seems unjustified, especially when it doesn't guarantee a specific delivery date.

I placed an order for my clothes on 02/15/24, and by 02/23/24, I did receive the package. However, I encountered an issue as some items were missing, leaving me uncertain about the next steps to take. Unfortunately, the absence of a customer service contact number adds to the challenge. At this point, I'm left with the options of either seeking a refund or finding a resolution for the missing items.

I bought a pair of pants, and when they arrived, guess what? The label size was completely cut off from the pants. Surprise, surprise, they didn't fit. So, I thought, "No worries, I'll just return them." But that's where the real trouble began. They don't even have a customer service number you can call for help. Instead, they want you to sign up to set up a return. But here's the kicker: when you try to set up that return, there's no option to input your order number. On top of that, it claims I have no purchase history. How on earth am I supposed to return the item then? Bottom line, stay far away from this company, especially if you're a first-time buyer.

They take forever to ship your stuff

They take forever to ship your stuff, like weeks or maybe even a month. To give you an idea, I ordered from SHEIN and BlushMark at the same time, and they both had the same delivery date. But guess what? My SHEIN order showed up first, while I'm still twiddling my thumbs waiting for my BlushMark order four days later. I'd give them zero points if I could, but I'll be generous and toss one their way. But you can bet I won't be ordering from them again. I'm deleting their app right after this mess.
