Shareena, in particular, was instrumental in resolving issues with my Social Security benefits after a recent injury. Social Security's repeated mistakes had left me frustrated and without a resolution, but Shareena and Vanessa stepped in and had it sorted out within a week. Before I was approved for SSDI, Allsup was really anxious to help and answer questions. Now, after I have been approved, I can't seem to get a call back. I have several questions regarding their decision, and no one wants to get back with me. I was also misled by the representative.
