You wouldn't believe what happened to me on my trip to Seattle. I popped into this cool store and grabbed a top and joggers, spent around $300 AUD. They looked great, felt super comfy. I even wore them on the long flight back to Australia. But here's the kicker. Just carrying my baby's nappy bag through the airport was enough to mess up the top. Both elbows got these awful pills on the inside. For what I paid, I expected way better quality. Thought I'd give them a chance to make it right, so I reached out to Vuori. Figured they'd be helpful, right? Wrong. They kept telling me to go back to the store in the US where I bought them. Seriously? I'm halfway across the world now, not worth the hassle or the cost to deal with that. Really let down by the whole thing. Quality didn’t hold up and the customer service was no help at all. Feels like I threw money down the drain.

I know people often complain about customer service, but my story is a bit different. I'm in Australia and decided to order some pants from this company. Delivery was smooth, no hiccups there. However, when I got the pants, they just weren't what I expected. So, I figured, why not return them? Returning the pants was surprisingly easy. Filled out a form online, and next thing I know, a courier came right to my door to pick up the package. And it didn't cost me a thing, which was a pleasant surprise. What really blew me away was how quickly they handled the return once the pants reached the US. I got a notification the same day saying my refund was processed. Fast and efficient, just how I like it. Honestly, I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out. If I find something else I like on their site, I wouldn’t hesitate to place another order.

Bought a t-shirt and after a few washes, the seam came apart and the shirt was unusable. The support team requires you to fill out forms and send many photos - I wasted way too much time dealing with a 50 dollar shirt. Better shop at Nordstrom

I purchased a T-shirt and some board shirts, and the quality is poor. After just two washes, the T-shirt looks worn and shabby! Quite let down given the cost. I won’t buy from them again. Compared to Gant or others, it’s really subpar.
