Seems like getting claim status is a bit of a struggle: Can't reach them by phone, number's out of service. Emails go unanswered, feels like they've closed up shop. But hey, here's a twist: Upsie got bought out, a new company's in the mix. They got in touch about my claims, sorted them pronto. So, I'll bump my rating up to four stars.

The 50% off the first month’s rate was fantastic.

The 50% off the first month’s rate was fantastic. I mean, their monthly phone insurance fee is way cheaper than any of the big carriers, so even without the first-month discount, I would have gone with Upsie for my phone insurance.

So, this company doesn't seem to be around anymore, but they managed to take my money without a trace! There's no way to get in touch with them to sort out the payment issue!

The Upsie website is simple to use, clear, and good for customers. I've been using Upsie for 2-3 years and haven't had any problems with them. They're really affordable.
