Such bad service. After booking and paying for my appointment, I had to cancel it within the hour. I received a cancellation notification, but my money has still not been refunded. Twice I have sent screenshots to Treatwell to get my money back, but there has been no reply. I tried again and was told I can't have my money back because it was out of the cancellation period! Does anyone read the emails? I have since contacted the salon, which has been helpful, but I won't ever book anything via Treatwell. Quick to take your money, but no customer service.

I've encountered a significant issue with Vagaro; they allow you to book appointments with companies that no longer exist. This has happened to me twice, and both times I showed up at the scheduled location only to find the business closed down. Speaking to nearby businesses confirmed that these companies had been closed for months, and others had faced similar problems. This situation has not only cost me money but also wasted my time and resources. Despite reporting this as fraud, Vagaro hasn't taken adequate action.
