I'm writing to share my thoughts on my Sihoo M18 chair and the great service I got. We needed a new chair for my wife who works from home. The ads for Sihoo chairs caught my eye. I thought the M57 chair was perfect and ordered it. When it arrived, I was impressed with its quality, features, and price. But it was too short for my wife. I realized I picked the wrong one; I missed that it was for a Sedimentary Lifestyle. After contacting support, we exchanged it for the M18. Remi from the support team was helpful. Now, with the M18 assembled, we're happy with our choice. We're even considering Sihoo desks.

If you're hoping for better service, Sihoo might not be the best choice. I canceled my order, and the item was sent back to them without being delivered. It's been 10 days now, and Sihoo is asking me to wait a few more days for them to receive the item back in their warehouse and check it. But I didn't get the delivery! So, should I keep waiting for a refund? Should the customer be responsible for anything missing or damaged with undelivered items? If this is their company policy, then it makes you wonder about the after-service for purchased items.

Instructions were clear, just gotta read carefully. Easy-peasy. Happy with the product and the help I got.

Despite returning the incorrect item, the right one is nowhere in sight. Emails and calls are met with indifference. After enduring this for four painful months, I'm still waiting for the product I shelled out money for. Save yourself the hassle – find a place with real quality and service for your business.

I ordered a chair from the Sihoo site and it arrived very quickly! Sadly, the box was stolen later on, but even though it wasn't the company's fault, they were really nice and supportive and found a fix for me. I highly suggest this company for their product and service - really nice in these times! Thanks once more for everything!!!

I purchased an office chair and returned it through Royal Mail. Firstly, they didn’t cover the return cost, which was £16, unlike Amazon who does. Secondly, they claimed they didn’t get the item despite me showing proof with the tracking number and photo. I’m still waiting for my refund after 2 months. Steer clear of this seller.

The chair I got (SIHOO M57) is solid, offering excellent ergonomic support. I think it offers better bang for your buck than pricier competitors like the Herman Miller Aeron. Their customer service is also good, fast to handle any problems I had.

I bought a chair that didn't fit me since I'm tall. I kept the chair for a year. Afterward, they gave back some money to make up. I later chose the S100 chair, which fits me better. Their service to customers is very good.

My view on the company is pretty good. I got the m57. The prices are okay for the quality and the customer support is decent. I gave it a 4 star because there was a delay in the shipment.

The products are really good quality! I had one brokun headset delivered, but the customer service was so nice and they sent a new one as their service! Recommend them!
