Terrible service and company. I talked to two workers about a return within the 45-day period. They suggested I wait and think more about the return. When I requested the return shipping labels, I was given the run around, told I’d get a call back, and needed approval. Now, I must cover the shipping costs to return the items and hope for a refund. Avoid spending money here, as they will trick you at every turn.

After a bad experience with Sweetwater's customer service, I decided to buy from Sam Ash. They had more stock and were very helpful and friendly. I'll shop here again. Their prices were better, shipping was very cheap, and they had the items I needed when others didn't.

Got Zildjian Cymbal set from Westminster, Ca. store. No contact when it arrived. Drove there to check. Promised a gift certificate and never got it. Emailed about using it, no answer. Won't deal with them again, bad for customers.
