I needed some posters for a show and picked PosterBurner because they had the right size. Their prices were fair, but I was surprised by how good the printed posters looked -- colors, paper, and print were all nice -- and how quickly five out of six were sent. There was a small delay on the last one, but after I emailed for help, I got a fast reply and they sent the last poster quickly. I’m really happy with their service and will use them again for my next print job.

I paid for FedEx delivery, and the tube arrived damaged, causing marks on my poster due to no padding. I contacted support and got a reply from miguel~ who asked for another email with a photo of the torn poster, which I sent, but got no further updates! I've emailed several times asking for news, but no one responded. I was eager to receive this print, but it’s turned out to be a letdown.

I had a unique need for a big poster from a small photo, and they did it perfectly. Their work was high quality, and it was easy to chat with them and get quick replies. I’m very happy with PosterBurner. I’ll definitely work with them again.
