This company needs to reconsider labeling this bodysuit as shapewear because it doesn't live up to that claim at all. It's essentially just a basic bodysuit without any real shaping effect. While the fabric quality is decent, there's not much else to praise about it.

I've contacted customer service, as per the website's instructions, asking for assistance with my concerns, but I'm yet to receive a response despite sending multiple emails. The product quality appears to be good, but there seems to be room for improvement when it comes to customer service.

There was confusion. I ordered two brown when I wanted one black and one brown . I contacted via email to switch the long sleeve jumpsuit to black , someone got back to me and said they fixed the problem when actually I received both items in brown which was unfortunate. I will say that they feel fantastic and I actually ordered the black one so it should be here soon. I love the material. I love everything about them. I’m just sorry I couldn’t get the black one when I ordered the first time

My experience was awesome. It was easy to check out online, and I received my order within a few days! As for the product, holy moly, I can't take it off because I love it that much! I will definitely recommend this, and I'll be purchasing again!
