Really pleased with the test – my cat was having trouble keeping food down and her stomach was upset. The vet said she might be sensitive to certain foods and suggested trying an elimination diet. I decided to use this test to see what to cut out first – learned my cat is very sensitive to beef and bovine products, plus catnip. Took these out of her meals and now she’s like a young kitten again, loving her food and full of life. Just keep in mind you don’t get a physical kit – they send an email, you fill in info, print a barcode to put on the bag of pet hair, and mail it. The results come as a pdf by email a few days later.

It seems to be about 90% accurate since we also took them to a dermatologist for allergy testing, and the results showed that their indoor and outdoor allergies are almost the same. As for the food part, I think it's pretty accurate because whenever we give them something they’re allergic to, within a day or two, they become really itchy, their feet get swollen and red, and one even ended up vomiting. We took her for meds to stop the vomiting, stopped the food, and she was back to normal with no more vomiting.

Really happy with this. At first, I was unsure because some say these tests aren’t trustable, but my dog was scratching a lot and had small spots that would scab. I thought it was worth trying to find out what was wrong. I sent the test on Friday and got the results by Wednesday. It showed he has a strong intolerance to beef and rabbit. I removed beef and rabbit from his food, and now he’s not scratching anymore. He seems much happier too, which is nice to watch. So, in my opinion, the test is surely reliable! Thanks a lot.

Really greatful for this allergy test! The steps were simple, and getting our dog’s hair while I was petting him was no trouble. After the sample got to them, we had the full results in just a few days. What we found out helped us so much—we’ve got our dog acting normal again! Now he’s eating foods that don’t cause problems, and it makes us feel calm knowing he’s getting better. Very happy with this! I do recomend!

Great customer service! They replied to my email the same day. I'm glad to finally understand what sensitivities are bothering our puppy. We managed to find a dog food, shampoo, and toys that lessen her reactions. She’s already doing better!! The only reason for a 4 is that I thought it would take 3-5 days after sending it in. But the test goes to a hub and then 2-3wks to reach the lab. Still, we got results in 3 days!! The waiting was a bit stressful, but I would do it again for sure!!!

Getting the hair sample and sending it was simple, but the results didn't match what I expected. They didn't pick up on things my dog might be sensitive to that make her scratch and get hot spots when she eats them. So, I'm not sure how accurate these results are. I'll still need to get a vet test because the results weren't detailed enough.

I wuz really lookin' forward to gettin' back the results. But, dang it, they wuz real hard to get my head around. I had to read 'em over 'n over 'gain 'n even had to search online to figure out what some parts meant. On the bright side, I got the results back real quick, in just a couple o' days.

I was disappointed with the lack of clarity from the company regarding their sampling process. I was not informed that I would need to provide my own resealable bag, print out a label, pay for postage, and then wait for the results. After two weeks of not hearing back, I reached out to inquire about my sample and was informed that it could take up to 3 weeks for samples to be sorted before they were processed, and an additional 3 to 5 days before I would receive my results. This was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase, leading to feelings of frustration and confusion. While the customer service team was friendly, their responses seemed canned and did not fully address or resolve my concerns. While the price is affordable, the process and wait time for results is much longer than other companies offering similar services with a provided kit.

Please do not waste your money

The money back guarantee is false - they say you have to submit a 6 day food diary. My dog doesn't eat any of the things listed - blue dye, rabbit liver, cottage cheese, arsenic... The supplemental info is not tailored to pets as it mentions doing yoga and pilates. The site has info on how they are rated the top allergy test but the first thing mentioned in the results is that it is not an allergy test but a sensitivity test. Just a scam all the way around. Results get mailed to Tx but info provided sites UK sites.

Borderline being a scam (only an office building) no response in 2 weeks

Their website is misleading/vague as to state lab results within 3 to five days of receipt. Not sure if that means the receipt at their lab located at some other location (or country) or what??? Mailed the test samples two weeks ago and they state they have not received them. I live in a city about an hour and half from their mailing address. Emailed them and their response was to call their customer service number. Beginning to smell like a scam.
