I worked with the excellent team at Dr’s Note for my FMLA certification after my previous doctor submitted a messy and insufficient report about my health. Dr. Sally was very understanding, well-informed, and paid attention to all my concerns, producing a detailed and complete report on my condition. My FMLA was approved immediately without any issues.
