Our company spent $500/week on "active leads." Our sales team received texts and emails with "leads," but not once did a real customer answer the phone. I reached out to our account representative four times via email, asking for a call to discuss our contract, but he never returned my call. Out of disapointment, I decided to cancel our account. I also contacted their customer service for more details on our contract and how their system functions, but they just replied (still no call) that I could get "a customer on the phone every time," for more fees. Overall, the poor communication from our rep was a big turn off. I would not recommend this company; they do not support or respond when you need it.

I found the whole process pretty simple and it didn’t take much time. The main thing I noticed is that there’s no way I can afford new windows. I live in a house I built myself. I’ve been around the construction industry for years and thought I would have no trouble managing the building of my home. But boy, was I wrong… now I’m stuck dealing with the windows, doors, and roof. There’s just no way I can fix everything that’s falling apart way earlier than expected. The worst part is that the guy who built my house, this dishonest crook, is still in business under a new name, like the third or fourth one. The house was finished about 13 years ago. That builder has no connection to anyone here.

No work started yet, but I have to say, from the quote I got, it’s way more affordable than Westshore, Safe Step, or Bathpros. Their quotes were $10,000 and up. That’s pricier than the house itself! Custom, privately owned was $5,000. This estimate was between $800-$4,000, with two sizes and styles, much fairer and better for my budget! Still, my credit isn’t great, no home equity (property was inherited), low income and on disability! HELP! I REALLY NEED A GRANT FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT /SAFETY! Denise Reynolds 8032370723.
