The customer service is top class.

The customer service is top class. Ordered a medium that was too big. I talked to a guy who told me to take photos with it on and send them to him. He quickly said it was too big and to return it for a small. He was great. After returning it using a code he gave me, I went to UPS, just three miles away, and it was all done. That was the easiest return I’ve ever done. Rugby loves his small harness with the matching “STARS” leash, and we humans enjoy the training treat bag. Thanks to everyone!

I've transformed the walking experience for my trio of large dogs, two hounds, and a bullmastiff, by switching to Joyride harnesses. We got Frankie from a shelter.

We got Frankie from a shelter. He came with a harness that said PugLife. There really wasn't a need to get another harness except after two washings we couldn't get the cigarette smell out from former owner. So, we looked the company up on the internet. It appears to have changed to Joyride. We ordered him the exact same size built for a Shih Tzu and are very pleased! Would recommend. Wellbuilt harness.

I’ve tried a lot of harnesses trying to find one that my dogs

I’ve tried a lot of harnesses trying to find one that my dogs, who’ve been through some rough times, are comfortable with. The Joyride Harness works great for car rides. Both of my dogs now get really excited when it’s time to go, and they actually come over expecting their harnesses. Once I figured out the right size for the chest velcro, I just leave it on and only need to clip the buckle from around their front legs. No more struggling, it’s all simple and quick. It’s really easy to slip on and off over their heads. I mainly use them in the car with doggie-seatbelts I got from Joyride. There was one time when my smaller, more playful dog (55 Lbs) managed to pull apart the velcro on the bigger dog’s (70 Lbs) harness while playing in the yard. Also, when the larger dog was hooked to the seatbelt in the backseat, she somehow got the harness off, even though it was still attached to the seatbelt. But this happened early on when she was really anxious, so I don’t think it’s a regular issue. Unlike with other harnesses, the smaller dog has never chewed through the Joyride. They’re lightweight, made of breathable mesh, and the dogs seem to like them. The only problem I have is that the buckle is a bit hard for my older hands to unclip.

I really wish they had reversed the front velcro strap, so that the velcro was on the other side of the strap. The way it is currently, it's quite tricky to fold it on the dog and attach it.

While they do have a nice harness

While they do have a nice harness, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They sent the wrong harness, and getting any assistance for an exchange has been a nightmare. There's no paperwork in the package for returns, no contact information to reach them, and they don't respond to requests for help. On the flip side, I've never received so much spam from a single company, and despite asking them to stop, they continue to send spam. It's like they don't have two-way communication at all. Dealing with this company is so much trouble that it's not worth it. Their only and repeated response seems to be: "Thank you for contacting us! Your message has been received and will be reviewed by our support team for assistance. But maybe I, Dog Bot, can fetch the right resources for you and help out ahead of time like the goodest doggo I am."

Despite adjusting the harness multiple times, the neck strap continued to choke my dog due to a flawed design. Attempting a refund proved futile, as the process seemed more like a joke, offering only an exchange for another subpar product. This regrettable encounter echoes my past disappointments with items advertised on Facebook. Moving forward, I'll be steering clear of this company and opting for trusted platforms like Amazon and other reputable markets.
