Dealing with Cyborg from their support team was a real letdown – no response whatsoever regarding a transaction hiccup I've been facing. I've exhausted all possible avenues, but it seems like Cyborg couldn't care less about a loyal customer like me, who's been in the game for over 2 years and dropped a decent chunk of change on their platform. If this is the kind of treatment they're dishing out to players, they might just be heading down the road of those sketchy scammy companies.

Despite reaching out to Cyborg from support, I received no resolution or explanation, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. The entire episode proved to be a time-wasting and disheartening experience with HypeDrop's services.

While I appreciate the overall functionality of the website, the verification process is a significant drawback. Depositing a substantial amount like $500 triggers a withdrawal lock during verification. Additionally, the inability to play while in verification mode impacts user experience. These challenges led to a 4/5 rating, as they hindered the seamless use of the platform.

Initially, the website worked fine for about a year. However, things took a turn when they began blocking my payouts. After going through their verification process, I was able to cash out, but unfortunately, it has stopped once again. I've reached out to support, but haven't received any response.
