The person in charge of daytime operations at FedEx Freight in Aurora, Illinois, reportedly uses marijuana regularly, possibly other drugs too. This info comes from someone who knows firsthand. He says he gets the marijuana from drivers, which is worrying. Even if marijuana's legal in Illinois, is it okay for FedEx to keep a drug user on staff? If this gets out on social media, it could be bad for FedEx's reputation.

FedEx's website is really not good. If you need to return a package that isn't yours, finding the right info is hard. It's like they want you to sign up as a sender. The customer support just gives you numbers to call branches. It's easier to call them than use the site. Maybe you'll find their number under "customer support." Otherwise, good luck sending back the wrong package. It's not worth the hassle.

One star is too high; how can a company be more ineffective? They keep promising updates on delivery that never come, saying they "Tried to deliver" a 2k package that needs a signature. I doubt they even made an effort and now they want me to arrange pick-up instructions! WHICH I WILL NOT. On day 4 and STILL NO PACKAGE.

The company is not so good. They can't redirect a package. They tell me to wait until it is being returned to the sender, then they will contact the warehouse to see if I can pick it up. This is totally stoopid.
