Don't waste your time ordering from outside the US. The package never shows up - something in their process with DHL always fails. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me. I place the order, it says it's on its way, I wait for the delivery date. It never comes. When you contact Everlane customer service, they can't help except to say it will take another 3 weeks to check. Sure, you can get a refund before the 3 weeks is over - but this suggests to me that the shipment was never sent out in the first place - (since why would Everlane risk you getting your parcel AND a refund)? AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I am surprised by the bad reviews since I received such great customer service. Maybe the company has learned from the complaints. I couldn’t be happier with how fast they handled my request and solved the problem. I will definitely buy again. Thanks!! It’s rare to email a company and always get a reply within the hour.

This "company" is a scam. They offer NO real customer service!! Only a BOT is here to "assist". I will NEVER buy from you again unless you fix my problem. I got a 20% off deal that was never used. Fixing this is taking forever with a BOT replying. What a poor way to manage a business!
