I been with Check City for a while now. Never had any probs with their custmr servce. 2day had 2 deal with collections dept on a software problem. Spoke 2 Thomas T., Assistant Collections Manager. He was super pro, lookin out 4 his companys interest, polite 2 me. 1st he saw somethin diffrnt, said loan was due early, but it wasnt. Glitch caused mistake. Sent email, I advsd it was their softwr. Aftr confrmation, politely helpd me resolve it. Buy that man a coke a cola. Great job Thomas. Thx 4 not hard balling me on this. Thx 4 listening and verifying. Grateful. So I will continue 2 use Check City. Great job 2 all at Check City.

Da company at 6510 Boulder Hwy #101, store 23, there's dis worker named Alexis. I go there often. Alexis works real hard every day. I usually cash my check or send Western Union there. She's so helpful, knows all da policies, real nice, and very helpful. She's usually by herself, real patient with all da customers, even when they're rude. Woww...

The Check City N950 store on 8505 S. Eastern Ave in Las Vegas, NV was really good. Andrew, the manager, was friendly and knew his stuff. He finished my loan in 15 minutes, and I got my cash 5 minutes after that. Andrew gave me the kind of service that makes me want to come back to his store. Joseph

I feel like I got tricked into giving away my personal details. I know my credit isn't great right now. That's why I thought I was signing up for a PAYDAY loan, not a personal one. I applied and handed over all my personal info – bank details, check – thinking it was for a payday loan. But the next day, I find out they did a credit check. They only mentioned needing a government ID, proof of income, and a bank statement in their ad. I gave them all that, but nowhere did it say they'd do a credit check.

The loan advertisement only mentioned the requirement of a government ID, proof of income, and a bank statement - all of which I provided. Nowhere did it explicitly mention the intention to run a credit check.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I wasted significant time providing personal and financial details, only to be denied a $255 loan. Despite granting them access to my bank account, showing over $8,000 in deposits for three consecutive months, and supplying paystubs from my job, they rejected the application. My cleaning business income, received in cash or via Zelle, was visible to them. However, they insisted on seeing check deposits on payday, ignoring the fact that I may have used the funds for other purposes. Their motives for collecting such extensive information remain dubious and questionable. Unscrupulous practices at play!

This establishment offers some of the lowest rates in town, spanning payday loans, installment loans, title loans, Western Union services, prepaid cards, and phone calling cards. A true one-stop shop! The staff is friendly, enhancing the overall experience.

They tricked him into a contract, and now, despite his financial difficulties, they harass him with rude calls, claiming he owes them money. Check City operates like legal gangsters, showing no concern for the well-being of those they lend to. This place is undoubtedly a scam, and I urge others to steer clear to avoid falling victim to their exploitative practices. A stark warning against engaging with Check City for any financial transactions.
