ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING! Five tries to return jeans bought online - two calls, three emails. First call, 58 minutes on hold! So long! Gave all info, but they couldn't find it due to an email typo, then wrote a rude comment. After two weeks... Badly managed! No more shopping here! Bye Stella!

I wanna say somethin' 'bout Derek at da Buckle in Galleria Mall, Dallas, Texas. I'm from Louisiana but travel a lot, visitin' this store a couple times a month. Derek's always super attentive and cares 'bout customers. Bein' self-employed, I appreciate his qualities. He's a real asset to da Buckle.

I bought like 7 or more pants and a few shirts from Buckle. I had to return one for a credit. They got real stylish stuff and good help service; I'll buy again. They kinda expensive and sometimes they ain't got my size but overall, Buckle's been good to me.

Ordering online was really difficult.

Ordering online was really difficult. My package got split into 2, and I lost half of it. I requested a replacement, but they said no. I'll have to cancel my credit card after all this is sorted out, though I doubt it will be. Buckle needs to improve.

The recent two acquisitions of women's BKE jeans have left me dissatisfied due to irregular sewing. The left side seam fails to align appropriately with the right, deviating forward towards the front. Additionally, the misalignment extends to the front belt loops. Considering the relatively high cost of these jeans, one would expect flawless craftsmanship. Unfortunately, this discrepancy has led me to reconsider future purchases from your brand.

My experience with their products was disappointing. Despite the high prices, the quality is subpar. One of the belts I purchased broke just three weeks after I bought it, indicating poor craftsmanship and cheap materials. The overall quality does not justify the hefty price tag, making it difficult to recommend their products.

My experience at Buckle was disappointing due to the exceptionally poor customer service. The young staff members exhibited a level of snootiness that was off-putting. It seems as though they are trained to be intentionally rude and unhelpful, which is perplexing. Despite my desire to support the store for its selection, the consistently negative encounters make it challenging to return. Improved training and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential for Buckle to retain customers.
