Well, where do I start?

Well, where do I start? 1.) VIP Department first off lied to me about the Black VIP upgrade . I made the required amounts if not even more $3000-$3500 in deposits to be upgraded from Platinum Status. The agreed amount was $2000 between November 2022-December 2022 on a phone call with their Supervisor (Stephanie) who agreed on this. Since filing the complaint over a month ago now, their department tells me that all phone recordings were not functioning at the time I called. How convenient for them. 2.) Their Chat reps ask you to make deposits which are illegal, to begin with. For example seeing the Clients/Customers they are coaxing to spend more/deposit more could have a Gambling problem. Their competition who I have been with for 5 plus years and am also a VIP member has told me these tactics from their chat site are grounds for having their license suspended or removed. 3.) Tried to resolve this issue with their department internally before filing the complaint, but after requesting roughly 30-35 times for the VIP/Supervisor Department to contact me via Reps in Chat and by email, they proceed to Ghost or blatantly ignore my requests. This right there shows a pattern proving their guilt on this issue. 4.) One of their Chatbox Reps (Maria), said in one of our chats that the reason they are refusing to contact me is because I’m not making enough deposits. Again that’s a huge NO when it comes to being a licensed regulated casino site. Again why would I make additional deposits when they didn’t honour their end of the Deal. 5.) One of their VIP reps (Mark) then did the Coward reply (email) instead of talking directly on the phone to me, and said because I told their Supervisor Stephanie via email I was no longer interested in pursuing Black VIP due to the ghosting back in November but yet I made the required deposits, actually made more deposits than needed to be upgraded, that this is the reason why I won’t be upgraded. Again this should have no effect on being upgraded seeing the agreed upon amount during our phone call was full filled on my end. 6.) I have now been waiting for over a month since January 20th when I closed my account for all emails, chat history and phone recordings since February 2022 till present to be released to me so I can then forward the information to Ecogra for them to take over the complaint. Still receiving excuses to why they are not releasing it. I’m now just waiting for the next unbelievable excuse/reason to this whole situation from them. Do not support this Fraudulent, Incompetent, Shady Tactics site.

The confusion arises when canceling withdrawals, as a portion of the real balance is transferred to the bonus balance. Additionally, despite submitting documents months ago, encountering repeated requests for documentation raises concerns about the efficiency of the withdrawal process. A more transparent and streamlined approach to withdrawals, coupled with consistent documentation practices, would greatly improve the user experience.

Boo casino chat kept telling me to deposit large amounts of money a lot of times... I deposited and deposited and games I usually play would Not win anything or even connect to bonuses, especially on another game I play... I felt scammed of approx $6000 and I told Boo it didnt seem normal as their regular chat POP UPS told me to keep depositing LARGE amounts of money... They kicked me out when I had a concern about it... They show up sort of thing... I then when to Malta Gamming authority... I heard nothing back... what is MGA doing really?

I've seen lots of bad reviews about Boo Casino, and I'm surprised. I've had several payouts of hundreds of dollars and one close to $2000 without any problems. Sure, it can be a bit slow sometimes, but I've been very happy with their honesty. I can promise this review isn't fake like some people say about the positive ones. Yes, I've lost money sometimes, but they always pay out what I've won! I am a satisfied customer at least.
