I couldn't print the shipping label online, but they sent me one by mail. Sending 5 or more phones means free shipping. Also, they'll destroy personal info on donated phones if you can't.

I appreciate the overall goals of the company, particularly their support for institutions like the military. My personal donation pick. I had concerns about data safety, and I inquired on a Sunday morning. To my surprise, I received a very nice reply that same morning, putting my mind at ease. This responsiveness is impressive, especially compared to other places that either take weeks to respond or don't reply at all. I also received a follow-up when my old phones were received, a nice touch!
