I mostly order when they offer free shipping for orders over $49. When I buy chocolate (Zanzibar mostly), they warn me it might melt in warm weather, but I like it so I still order. Sometimes crackers or cookies arrive broken, but that's okay. Right now, they're having trouble restocking, which is a problem. I've seen some of their stuff in a local store, though. I don't know if someone is trying to put them out of business. They never ask me to tip their employees, which is good. I hope they restock soon. Meanwhile, I'll shop at Kroger's and other local places.

Everything is always extremely well wraped so no bad surprise! And the shiping is fast. And they folow up on the delivery. Great store with good service too! Thank you!

This company rocks! Their stuff is awesome and service is great. I got 12 things, all came on time and packed well.

The stuff came as per tracking. But one bag of chips seemed to burst in transit and chips were all over the box.

Got the DT crimp tool. Said it came in a bag - no bag. Also no T-shirt! Except for that, real quick service.

The cookies came in a decent time. I was told when they'd come and how to track them. They arrived fine.
