I bought a Razer Blade Laptop from this company, but it stopped charging properly within a couple of months. When I reached out to the support team, they told me to return it. I was worried because my laptop had a lot of sensitive data and project files that I couldn't back up. After talking to a manager, I was told I could send it back without the SSD. I did this, but after some time with no updates, I called them to check what was happening. I found out they wouldn't do any repairs unless I sent the SSD with my personal data. I asked them not to erase the data since I couldn't back it up, and reluctantly sent it back. I just got my laptop back, and all my data was erased. I sent it back without the SSD to avoid this exact situation and was told I needed to send the SSD for the warranty. No one asked for my permission to erase the data. Even after trying to contact Razer, nobody communicated this with me. After reaching out to Wireless 1, I received a call from someone who apologized and took responsibility for the mistake. They offered to send me some high-end Razer gaming gear as compensation and arranged free shipping. It doesn’t recover my data, but it shows they care about customer service and want to make things right, so I appreciate that.
