When I reached out to the company about the problems, they weren't helpful. They just sent me a video that didn't solve anything and then didn't respond to my next email. The gears don't work right. The clips tend to come loose from the bucket, causing the pot to fall and spill all the popcorn. Last time, the popcorn spilled onto the hot burner, instantly burning and smoking, ruining my cooktop. What a mess. It does make tasty popcorn, but dealing with the frustration and wasted product isn't worth it. There are better options available.

The 25-year warranty is great. It comes with a nice intro package and various ways to use it. I really like the theater mode the most; just mix it all together and you don’t need to add more. The booklet includes info about different types of corn, their popping qualities, and some recipes. The pot pops perfectly every time, no kernels are left unpopped. Highly recomend.

Th Wurley Pop popcorn is amaze! I luv popcorn but beside movies hav been disappoint wit my home options.
