My RE305 stopped working

My RE305 stopped working just 2 months before the 3-year guarantee expired. The process to get them to replace the faulty unit is a convoluted farce. Numerous emails with tech support, repeatedly asked to take steps I've already proven don't work, submitting proof of payment multiple times despite it being on the account. To add insult to injury, they attempt to charge £6 for delivery, the cost of the replacement (supposedly refunded later), and expect me to cover the expense of sending the old unit back. A complete waste of time for a worthless guarantee.

It's an alright router and mesh system

It's an alright router and mesh system for the cost. You won't get the promised speeds and both our x90s died just 2 weeks after the "limted 2 year warranty" conveniently. But before then there were only a few hiccups that could be fixed by administrator settings, or changing the DNS to Google DNS. All in all if you don't want to splurge for something more reliable and true to their word than this is a fine company.

TP-Link online support.

TP-Link online support. Jobert was very patient while helping me set up my modem for NBN. After 90 minutes with the NBN provider who said the problem was the modem, but it was actually wrong data entered into the modem, Jobert guided me through all the fix options and reset the modem with the right info. Thank you a lot and please consider a pay rise for Jobert. Really thankful.

I was initially surprised to find that the agent could only communicate in Mandarin. However, I appreciated Daria's patience as my son wasn't fluent in Mandarin. Despite the language barrier, they successfully resolved the issue.

I rang TP Link thinking there was a problem with my modem. Sonia, the technician, helped me a lot. She knew a lot and guided me through fixing it. Now, no more modem problem. I'm happy. Thanks, Sonia.

The products never work, a blatant case of consumer fraud. Customer service is a joke and virtually nonexistent.
