My experience with ThriveLab was like a rollercoaster I never signed up for. Used their Bio-estrogen and Progesterone for just 9 days, and bam, my skin went haywire. I've got this crazy reaction, and reaching out to my gynecologist took me on a wild goose chase – 3 trips and a pitstop at urgent care later, and I'm still on the mend. But here's the kicker: ThriveLab didn't offer much help. No doc on standby, no advice except 'see a pro.' Had to shell out $45 for a consult that didn't do much. And get this, turns out there was a hypo-allergenic option they never told me about. Not cool. Paid ThriveLab a good chunk – $172 for the HRT, $99 monthly plan, $90 for consults. Add in $50 x 3 for MD visits, a $75 urgent care bill, and what do they offer me as a refund? A measly $172 and an apology. Seriously? If it were my company, I'd be doing way more to make it right. This whole mess was frustrating, uncomfortable, and just plain unnecessary. Lesson learned – never put something in or on your body unless it's backed by a doc who can actually fix things if it goes south. ThriveLab, you dropped the ball big time.
