We also experienced a mechanical problem, and they promptly repaired and returned the collar. The collar has been invaluable in helping us know where our dog is and teaching her boundaries. Excellent customer service and a reliable product

The collar is good, but has some issues.

The collar is good, but has some issues. It doesn't trigger near the big tree and the Bluetooth connection with the phone is bad. Apart from those, everything's fine.
