My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They completely botched my order, and when I reached out for assistance through their online ticket system, I received no response. I had to call the provided number, and the customer service agent, Jennifer, was unhelpful and dismissive, stating they would address my issue at their convenience. She refused to discuss the matter over the phone and even denied my request to speak with a supervisor, claiming none would be available for 48 hours. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. To make matters worse, Jennifer suggested that I pay again for the photos they had already messed up and offered a mere 50% discount on the original price. It felt like they were trying to scam me into paying for their mistake. They took no responsibility for the error, and it was not my first order with them. I was a loyal repeat customer who was treated extremely poorly. I have decided never to do business with them again, and I will certainly warn my friends and family to steer clear of this company. Jennifer admitted that they have a backlog of complaints, prioritizing them based on when they were received, and my issue had not yet been addressed. As a consumer, hearing this was deeply unsettling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. It's nothing short of a rip-off.

I was really looking forward

I was really looking forward to my order of 10 frames, but things went south quickly. When the first batch arrived, the pictures were all misaligned, foam was ripped, and one frame was downright broken. I put in a complaint and waited a few days to be told replacements were on the way. A week later, I received the rest of my order, only to find that the two 20x30 frames were shattered beyond use. Tried contacting customer service through chat and phone during their "open" hours, but no luck. After days of waiting, I finally got an email saying I would get an $80.40 refund, though I should be getting at least $118. Made another ticket and still waiting. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

I gotta say, my experience

I gotta say, my experience with this place was pretty frustrating. Every time I called, it said they were closed, even though it was during their business hours. When I finally got through after seven tries, they just gave me some canned response that didn't help at all. Spent $200 on what were supposed to be professionally done images, but the prints came out looking terrible. No detail at all. Felt like a total waste of money. The whole thing was just a big letdown.

The product quality, great customer service, and quick delivery make this company worth returning to! We ordered for our youngest child's birthday. After placing the order, I contacted customer service to check if it would arrive before his birthday, which was less than a week away. The customer service rep replied on the same day, even though it was a Sunday, confirming the delivery would be in time. We got the lovely pictures just 2 days later!

Oh wow, Smallwood is something

Oh wow, Smallwood is something else. Ordered from them a few times, and they're just great. Last time, one of my prints came in damaged. I was pretty bummed, but I reached out to them, and they were super quick to respond. They didn't just send a new print, they actually threw in a new frame too! Totally unexpected, but very appreciated. I keep telling everyone I know about them. If you need prints, they're the way to go.

Got my order quickly, which

Got my order quickly, which was great. But when I opened it, the frame and print quality really let me down for the $90 I spent. It’s printed on foam core board, kinda like those presentation boards from school, not the nice canvas I thought I’d get. I mean, it looks decent enough once it's on the wall, but definitely not what I had in mind. Feels like I overpaid for something pretty basic.
