This is my good experience. I phoned them with queries, nice person to talk with who answered my questions. She helped with the order. Order shipped and arrived a few days later. Packaging is really good. It only took about thirty minutes from time I got the package to having it installed and running. Good company and product. While I just installed it and time will tell, I expect it operate very well for a few years.

Septic Solutions got our air pump to us in just 2-1/2 business days with standard delivery. It works great and seems easier to fix than our old one. Great customer service assisting me in selecting a septic pump. Very quick service since the item shipped the same day, and I received it the following day even with the free shipping choice. The one strange thing is that the manufacturer has a 3-year warranty, but Septic Solutions only provides 2, so I’m not sure what the reason is for the differnce.

I not like them cancellation process. Sending email for cancel is not good business way. Also, they take money quick, not when item ships like others. They got stuff, but I won't buy again because of this.
