I had a problem recently with the fresh bread and the self-checkout tills at the Penge Sainsbury's. Talked with customer service today about my worries regarding Sainsbury's changes, like stopping on-site bread baking and closing all fresh food counters. It feels like Sainsbury doesn't listen to unhappy customers. They seem not to care about how much we dislike the self-checkout tills with locked gates. There are so many negative reviews; do Sainsbury's even read them?

Sainsbury's Marble Arch

Sainsbury's Marble Arch I like going to Sainsbury's, but Marble Arch is a spot I won't return to. The people there aren't very friendly, and some of the staff seem rude, treating everyone like potential thieves. Today, Jai made me feel uncomfortable by saying she doesn't trust me or anyone for a 30p plastic bag, and that bothered me the way she said it.

Left my phone at the Sainsburys

Left my phone at the Sainsburys Store in Faversham (Bysing Wood). Got a bit stressed, but the staff there were really helpful in locating it. They made an effort to reassure me and find the phone. Big shoutout to Paul for his help. Appreciate the assistance from all the staff. If you could let them know I said thanks, that'd be great.

Sainsbury's in Colchester is not good. No one at the tills in the morning. Only self-service is open. I had nine things, but the lady wouldn't help me. Why won't stores serve us? I won't go there again. I left my things there.
