Really happy with my new drone buy! It's worth every penny, doing way better than I thought. The drone works really well, giving sharp and clear pictures from above with its great camera. It's easy to keep it steady and steer, even for someone like me who's new to flying drones. The drone is built tough, so I can take it on exciting flights without worrying about it breaking. The battery lasts a good while, giving me plenty of time to explore. Plus, it's small and easy to fold up, so I can take it anywhere. Overall, a great buy for anyone starting out or who loves flying drones – definitely recommend it!

Zero response from customer service delayed shipping

Delayed shipping over 7 days past original order date (on a stock item). No communication or notification of delay. Customer service WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, I am now at 9 emails. The item was sent 2 weeks past due date almost a month after order date. Ive been requesting an order cancelation since I learned of the delayed item the beginning of June, it now June 22 and still no response from customer service on anything. But their head customer service sent an email inquiring about my satisfaction as well as requesting that I rate them.

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order in November, and it's now, and I'm still waiting for my item. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, and I've decided to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. It seems like they might not even possess the items they claim to have on their site; it's possible they're drop shipping from another country. The whole operation seems dubious. Be cautious - this appears to be a scam site.

I made an order on September 15, 2024, and after waiting for weeks with nothing delivered, I chose to cancel my order on October 3, 2024. They emailed me saying I was put in the "Refund Queue", but I still haven't gotten any refund. I tried contacting them again, but no response. I'm just going to let my bank deal with this now. Feels like a total rip off. AVOID THEM IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

They seem like a scam. I ordered a garbage disposal for my kitchen sink, and it's been over a month with no delivery or email replies. My order is stuck "Under Review," and there’s no phone number or live chat available. I've reported them to the BBB and other authorities to check if they're legitimate. Their ad was on Amazon, and I've also flagged this fake ad.

This company's customer service is just terrible. They keep saying they're working on my refund because of technical issues, but it's been three months already. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere because you won't get any help if your order doesn't arrive or isn't what you expected. And the only way to contact them is through email.

Utter fraud and scam...Don't buy online from them. Zero email reply and no phone help? No surprise! I don't want a copy/paste answer from Malak like others got. I reported The Retail Market to BBB and will post my review everywhere I can. (RO-9997) I paid priority shipping for no reason. Stick with Amazin; you'll be glad.

I bought some tru-oil from RM. The delivery was late with no clear explanation. I didn’t get the package and ended up canceling the order, hoping for a quick refund. But until now (10/15/2025), no refund has arrived. Seems like a trick - I suggest others stay away from this site - Retail Market does not seem trustworthy.

I placed an order because they claimed to sell Tyson meat. The took my mo ey sent a order confirmation & never sent my meat. They also an extra $19 for 3 to 4 day shipping. They never answered my emails. The email form on their website. I've reported them to FTC, BBB, NC AG Fraud department & written to Tyson food.

My experience with the company wasn't great. I didn't get my item, and reaching out to them was a real challenge. It took them months to get back to me, and when they finally did, they just said the order was sent. The tracking info showed it went to some unknown warehouse as the final spot. Not cool.

The customer service has changed a lot—very fast and really caring. They fixed my old problems quickly. It's great to see a company listen to feedback and get better!

It took two months to get the good (it was temporarely out of stock). The company was slow to keep me informed, and did not respond to queries on a timely basis. They did follow up two weeks after the good was finally received (and that person was reasonable); but it was too late.
