Poor customer service

So I ordered this product, then found out I could get it cheaper at a pharmacy in my hometown, called the day after made order and left 3 messages saying I wanted to cancel order, then finally got ahold of someone in billing who told me that I would have to speak to membership management, and they weren’t in today. That they would call me Monday, and that they didn’t see that the product had shipped and she would put a hold on it. Waited Monday for a call , nothing, called Tuesday. Membership management was not in the office again. Today I found product sitting on my porch in the Arizona heat for who knows how long. This stuff is supposed to be chilled. No cold pack in the package, and vial was very hot to the touch. Called back today, said I could dispose of it. And they would send out new. I declined and asked to speak to membership management, again told they were not in. Needless to say I think this company is a con and rip off. Will try and get my money back tomorrow after the holiday.

Communication has been lacking, and I've been chasing my prescription for over a week, causing me to miss my next dosage. The response time falls short of expectations, and customer service appears to be a low priority.

Do NOT use them

I signed up for what I thought was a monthly weight loss plan. They say it’s 275.00 a month. Well they are more than happy to take your money but the meds NO. They will bill you each month but do not ship the meds as stated. They are a rip off!!!!! I called to check in what was going on and was told that the meds they shipped out was for more than 4 weeks, which is a lie. I filed a complaint with the BBB

This is a money taking scheme. They sign you up and take your 275 per month. Be careful as that is a lie. They charge you each month but you do not receive meds. When you call if you ever can reach anyone after the initial setup they all of a sudden tell you that the vial they sent was for a 7 week supply.
