I placed an order for a refrigerator part with this company on November 11, 2023. Unfortunately, upon receiving the item, I realized I had made an error in my selection. Following the provided instructions for a return, I promptly sent it back around November 15. It is currently January 7, 2024, and regrettably, I have yet to receive a refund or any explanation for the prolonged delay. Attempting to address the issue, I called their customer service line, only to encounter a recorded message advising me to use their email service for assistance. However, upon reaching out via email, I received an automated response instructing me to contact customer service via phone. This resulted in a frustrating loop with no viable means of reaching their customer care. It seems as though the company is intentionally stalling refund requests, leaving customers in the dark. This conduct reflects poorly on their business practices. Despite numerous positive reviews, I am skeptical about their authenticity, as my experience has been far from satisfactory. I have decided to refrain from using this company in the future and would recommend exploring alternative options for parts.

This marks my third attempt at acquiring a shelf for the freezer compartment, and the experience has been far from satisfactory. I find myself entangled in a return/refund process, with the added inconvenience of being urged to make yet another purchase while waiting for the resolution. With each shelf priced at a hefty $90, I've already shelled out a total of $270 on components that consistently prove fragile, succumbing to cracks and breakages. It appears the material employed is ill-suited for the colder confines of my refrigerator. Rather than receiving a straightforward replacement, I am pressured into yet another expenditure. The exorbitant price tag, more than twice that of a refrigerator side bin, renders the whole affair quite disagreeable. Regrettably, I can only seek a refund at this point. The overall value simply does not align with the cost, leaving me with a dissatisfying taste in my mouth about this company's offerings.

Initially, things didn’t go smoothly. Parts Select sent the incorrect part. However, sometimes you understand more from mistakes than from smooth experiences. After a call, they quickly shipped the correct part, provided a return label for the wrong one, and refunded the original purchase. Satisfied Customer. Will use them once more.

Once again, parts select to the rescue!

Once again, parts select to the rescue! I belive my dryer was made in the 80s-it's pretty old, but runs like a champ. When it broke down, parts select not only had the parts I needed, instruction videos galore if you need them, and the shipping is fast. Ordering is super easy to select the correct part for your appliance.
