It's decent. It doesn't include non-EU countries

It's decent. It doesn't include non-EU countries like Switzerland or Monaco, which is a letdown. My friend had a different SIM that covered all those places, so we had to rely on his internet while traveling. Also, even calls within the EU drain the balance in no time. I'm considering switching to a SIM that offers more country coverage for affordable internet outside the EU.

Pleased with Oister for Mobile but not happy with

Pleased with Oister for Mobile but not happy with Oister Wifi. We live in Copenhagen and can see the cell antenna out of the window where the 4G router is. Yet, highest speed ever was 80Mbps on a good day. Additionally, connection resets many times daily, making working from home very unreliable. Happy 6 month binding period over so can go back to cable internet.

It took several days to get the SIM card.

It took several days to get the SIM card. When it finally came and I put it in my phone, it didn't work right away. I couldn't make calls or use the internet. I had to use another phone to call them and waited over 30 minutes to reach customer support. Not a good start 😔 Sadly, the low prices come with poor service

The company is good, you know? It's not too expensive, it's practical, and it just works. Even when I go on long trips in the EU outside of Denmark, my OiSTER account stays strong. The coverage is great everywhere. I've been with them since November 2019. I tried another company once, but I came back to OiSTER.

This company's service is very good. My problem was I used the wrong router, not 5G, just 4G. Now with Oister's 5G router, all's well. I'll suggest Oister to others to make up for my past errors.
