I bought alot from you, but today only half the order went through and then send the other half through. They let me know the other half didn't go through so please refund me service charges. Had the full order gone through would have had no charges

I nevr has any problem wif my orders. I've been a customr for at least 3 years onlin shoppin. My entire family lov the t-shirts, sweatshirts, and clothes in generl. Grate quality and true to size.

I really like the variety of options

I really like the variety of options they offer. The t-shirts are enjoyable. I've bought from them before and the quality is really good. My only problem is that when I selected United States for my address, it kept changing to United Kingdom. I hope my order arrives correctly. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the fact that they charge your account before they ship.

In the Charcoal full top that I purchased, I regret not opting for a SMALL size, considering the company's sizing tendencies. If it were possible, I'd eagerly switch to a size SMALL, but dealing with returns from this company is an absolute hassle! I'm concerned the men's shirts, intended as Christmas gifts, might now run too small for the recipients. Dealing with this situation has truly been a pain in the rear end!

The delay was communicated to me, and when I requested a cancellation, I was informed that the items had already been shipped. It would have been more helpful to receive the tracking information promptly, ideally when the items were initially dispatched. Instead, I had to request a refund before getting the necessary details. The entire process was less than efficient. The last item in my order was received on January 3, 2024, making the overall delivery time quite lengthy. It's essential for companies like Lillicloth to enhance their efficiency and accuracy in shipping and tracking information. Alternatively, they should be more prepared to accommodate order cancellations when requested. Considering my experience, I would caution potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase from Lillicloth.
