Dey send order confurmashun and updats on da shipping and whereabouts. If you hav any questchuns, just email dem and they will respond. So far, I'm satisfied with da products and customer service!

This company is really not good, especially if you're in the UK or Europe. They don't tell you about all the extra delivery costs, and even though they respond to emails quickly, they don't actually help much. I spent £600 on a pair of Alphafly 3 shoes that usually cost £286. I only bought them because Nike didn't have any in stock, but I didn't think I'd be overcharged! Plus, if they mess up your order, don't count on getting a full refund because they take 40% for returns.

These individuals completely ignored my email for an entire week and went ahead to ship the order. I had no idea how much it would cost to pay for import duties and taxes. If you want to avoid stress, I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Stress can be detrimental to your health, and dealing with Kickscrew could certainly cause unnecessary stress.
