As a proud owner of a rare breed dog, I was delighted to find that I could upload my favorite picture of him at no extra cost. The personalized mug/tumbler arrived promptly, and I must say, it's built to last! Even after using it for a considerable time, it remains in pristine condition. The lid's seal is impeccable – I can confidently tip it upside down without any leaks. I can't sing enough praises for this product! It's undoubtedly the best mug I've ever owned, and I haven't managed to break it, which is a bonus. Moreover, the artwork is precisely as I envisioned it – what you see is precisely what you get!

I stumbled upon the link for the hat I wanted on Facebook and decided to give kalliegear a try. Placed my order, but after a couple of weeks, I hadn't received any updates. Feeling a bit concerned, I decided to message them, and to my relief, they took immediate action to resolve the issue. Today, I received my hat, and I must say, it's absolutely lovely and exactly as I had ordered it! While the shipping time wasn't super fast, it wasn't a big deal for me since I wasn't in a rush to get it. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase, and the customer service was on point!

I ordered the Darts hat, but what I got was pretty disappointing. The picture on the website made it look like a high-quality hat with actual stitching, but it turned out to be printed. Plus, the color was way less vibrant than what was shown online. I paid $29.95 for it, and it felt like a waste of money. To top it off, it was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag, which left the hat all bent out of shape by the time it arrived. I wouldn't have much to complain about if it hadn't been priced as a premium hat – in reality, it felt like it was worth about 3 dollars.

Ordered a shoe in the size we thought would be appropriate based on the sizing chart. Shoe seemed way too big so tried to exchange it. No dice! Kallie Gear rep said "your order was customized for you only and we can not get it back to sell to others." As if no one else anywhere in the world will ever order the same product in my (entirely normal) size. It's a ridiculous proposition. Given the nature of online shopping, what kind of online company doesn't offer exchanges in this day and age? Huge thumbs down.

I encountered an error while placing an online order, resulting in a duplicate order on my confirmation email. I promptly replied to them explaining the situation. To my surprise, shortly after, I received an email confirming the cancellation of one item with a corresponding credit issued. I'm impressed with the quick and efficient resolution. In this day and age, such excellent service is rare, and I will certainly consider ordering from them again.

It's made to lst and I still use it regularly - no chips or cracks - and its lid creates an airtight seal so you can tip it upside down without worry. The artwork on this product is top and exactly as shown. I can't praise this product enough, it's the best mug I'vever owned and won't break.

I really like my turnout coat. If I could adjust something, it would be adding wrist and waist adjustments for a snugger fit. I used it in Depoe Bay, OR during heavy wind and rain. It kept me warm throughout. They also personalized it with my engine number and name. I'll for sure order from them again.

This cover's great! The breeds, names were spot on. Unsure what it's made of, but it fit well. Material seems durable. Everyone liked it, looked like my pets. Only thing, the flashlight hole's covered. No biggie. Got it quicker than expected. Two weeks!
