The VP of marketing from iMemories contacted me after my recent review, where I mentioned being unhappy with the first batch of videos due to tracking marks. He reached out through both phone and email to talk about my concerns. He asked if I would be open to sending the tapes back at iMemories’ cost so that his team could make another attempt. While there’s no promise the marks will be removed, I’m grateful he took the time to get in touch and offer a solution.

The process for submitting content was smooth and as described. It's been great to have these older videos in a format that is easy to share with family. However, we did encounter some difficulties with the website, especially when trying to log in. Apart from that, I am happy with the service.

We were really disappointed when we saw the "professionally digitized" videos. There was no noticeable improvement, and some of the videos didn't even have audio. In fact, not all of the videos were even transferred. We are requesting a full refund. Years ago, we made a DVD from one of the tapes and it turned out much better than what you did. This "unique experience" was terrible. Your reviews seem too good to be true, and they aren't.
