They said one price online for tickets, then called and said tickets weren't there at that price. They offered to fly me somewhere else for the same cost, but not where I wanted. I can't trust this company. Seems like a scam to me.

The company tried to call me, but I couldn't answer because of work. The representative kept trying and finally reached me about a change. Thanks to Jenny for not giving up.

I booked a roundtrip non-stop ticket and the airline was Southwest. The day after my booking I was contacted and told Southwest no longer had the non-stop flight available but if I flew the next calendar day for an upcharge I could be on a direct flight. I paid the increase cost and did not get a direct flight. The Flightsnest representative kept telling me the additional stop was a hidden stop for refuleing. There was nothing hidden about this stop. All but five passengers debarked and there was another 100 plus passengers waiting to board the airplane at this "hidden" stop. Southwest agents were very confused with my return tickets. I should have been booked with one continuous ticket rather than two tickets. I was required to leave the plane even though it was going to my final detination. I had to deal with Southwest cusomter service trying to figure out the ticket mess (Southwest was great); I had to wait with the other passengers to reboard a hidden stop that was represented to me as a "direct fight." I did talk with Flightnest about my concerns and I recieved a $100 for my inconveniance but it was not worth the inconvenience.

I booked three tickets online, thinking I snagged a sweet deal for $740, all set for the main cabin experience. But then, a couple of hours later, I get hit with a call saying, "Surprise! Your cheap tickets are gone, buddy." Managed to get some other tickets on the line, but guess what? They cost me more than double the original price. Not cool, not cool at all. I'm not happy about this rollercoaster ride. I shouldn't have seen those cheap tickets in the first place, and now I'm feeling the sting of false advertising. The customer service person was nice and all, but man, the company's got me feeling some type of way.

We made reservations for this December and within two days. The CC we used was charged unauthorized charges. Old account but but brand new CC number never been used except for this company. I called for two reasons, 1 - to check on confirmation of our flights which were not confirmed and 2 - to report the unauthorized charges. They claimed that there was no way for my CC information to be shared outside of their systems, which is total **** considering it was all done online. I asked for a manager and they said there were none. This place is a huge scam. Do Not share your information with them.

Jenny was quite nice and understanding while we handled a few problems. I gave this a four because of the businesses website for reservations. The site said there were seven seats available, but there were really none. So, Jenny had to find different dates for the journey. Plus, the site claimed they accept Discover Card, but there were issues with that too. Once again, Jenny was there to help.

Total scam alert! Imagine booking a flight at $900, and bam, just four hours later, they're on the phone, trying to pull a fast one by doubling the price to $1800. What a load of bull! Treating customers like that is just outrageous. False advertising and probably breaking some laws too. No one should put up with this kind of nonsense.

Hugo was friendly, but the cheaper flight I reserved turned out to be gone. It seemed strange that you can book a flight and then be told you must pay more for the same one the next day. Initially, it was $254 less, now $100 less than booking directly, but it was still a bit unsettling for a first-time online booking.

Mark made sure I knew it would take a day to get the rate and tickets. I got them just as he said the next day. I was very happy. I saved $1730 on 5 round trip tickets and paid only $2700 for great flights. I'll use this service again. I really suggest their service. Thanks Mark.

The company's service, particularly through representative Jenny Smith, was really good. Jenny explained everything clearly and helped us quickly. We got our tickets instantly, which was great.

It's not a book on the Website style service. They give one price online and then call with other options. I was disappointed but Jenny Smith was very helpful, saving me a few hundred dollars!
