The company really needs to step up its game in terms of packaging. My experience with them was quite disappointing. The battery I ordered was carelessly packed in a box that was way too big, and there was nothing to secure it in place during shipping. When I received the package and opened it, I found that the battery was leaking acid, which ended up causing small burns on my hands and arms while handling it. This kind of oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's attention to detail and commitment to customer safety.
